Your new role
- Prepare, format, and proofread legal documents, correspondence, and reports with precision and attention to detail.
- Serve as a point of contact for clients, managing communications and scheduling meetings with professionalism and courtesy.
- Assist attorneys with calendar management, travel arrangements, and expense reporting.
- Conduct legal research and compile information to support case preparation and strategy development.
- Organize and maintain electronic and physical files, ensuring easy retrieval and confidentiality.
- Work closely with colleagues across different departments and offices to facilitate seamless workflow and communication.
What you'll need to succeed
- Proven experience as a Legal Secretary or in a similar administrative role within a law firm.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and legal research tools.
- The ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with a client-focused approach.
