As a HR Generalist/Sr. HR Generalist, ou will be covering HR operations and HR project with HR Director.
- Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.
- Collaborate with department managers to understand their HR needs and provide appropriate support.
