仕事内容
You will expect to provide strategic legal support and advice on high-profile investment banking transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and top-tier external counsel. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior legal staff.
対象となる方
- Licensed attorney in Japan
- Native Japanese speaker with fluent English skills
- 4+ years experience at a competitive law firm or organization
- Knowledge of Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.
