A Tier 1 Advisory Consulting firm is looking for a new senior member to join their team. The firm is doing very well in the current Japanese markets and expanding rapidly into the overseas market.

You’ll effectively work hands-on with the legal team, leading legal support on deals and providing legal advice on all aspects of the company. You’ll support day-to-day matters including reviewing and negotiating contracts between clients and relevant third parties in relation to the business. The opportunity to work closely with the ethics and compliance office to support initiatives.
