仕事内容Based in the Philippines, you will:
Manage and supervise local employees.
Build and maintain relationships with Diplomatic Officials, including the Japanese embassy.
Manage all day-to-day activities at the Visa Application Center, including document verification, data management, and passport delivery logistics.
Ensure accuracy of visa applications through regular quality checks.
対象となる方Japanese nationals (Must) with the ability to relocate to the Philippines.
Preferably coming from a Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Customer Service Management background.
Experience in people management is a plus.
Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.
Proficiency in MS Office and a knack for handling customer queries with ease.
