Sales Account Manager is reporting to Sales Director Japan
Sales Account Manager should manage all aspects of the business with the customers including but not limited to pre-sales activities, quotation, price negotiation, order acquisition, delivery schedule, installation, payment collection.
Sales Account Manager should also work closely with service team and should be the key contact person for the customer during the complete lifecycle of the tools.
Required Profiles:
University or equivalent degree with technical background (Chemical, applied physics, electronic are preferable)
Age around 40 years old with over 10 years of working experiences in high technology arena
More than one of the following job experiences technical support/ sales support/ technical sales/ technical marketing with facing directly to the customers
Semiconductor related experiences are necessary. Semiconductor capital equipment and compound semiconductor related experiences are preferable but not mandatory.
Good personality and communication skill are mandatory to establish good relationship with the customers
Flexible for traveling to the customers’ location
Sufficient level of English speaking, reading and writing skill for communication with HQ and other region colleagues.
