Your new role
  • 60% Doing marketing campaign on SNS, monitoring trends and engagement, analysing trends and data, driving campaigns for more engagement
  • 35% content creation
  • 5% Training and mentoring a team member when needed

What you'll need to succeed
  • 2–3 years of SNS management experience, ideally in the B2C side
  • Experience as a team leader or project manager (no people management experience needed)
  • Native or JLPT N1 level of Japanese and business level of English
