Your new role

• Management of personnel plans, performance, and forecasts for each department
• Onboarding of new hires
• Management and standardisation of organisational/personnel conditions
• Quantification of various indicators and meeting management
• Condition management of successor candidates
• Definition of requirements for each role and standardisation of management
• Establishment of productivity indicators across the headquarters

What you'll need to succeed

• Individuals with experience in organisational development, talent strategy, and HR system operations in a role close to the field, such as HRBP
• Those who have experience working with engineering organisations
• Individuals with work experience in organisations of a similar scale and challenges to our company
