Your new role

• Collaborating closely with the parent company to implement and enhance local compliance manual, policies, and procedures.
• Overseeing compliance of outsourced functions or services with internal procedures.
• Reviewing the Company's website, marketing communications, and client information.
• Reporting monitoring findings and recommendations to senior management, actively managing compliance breaches.

What you'll need to succeed

• 5+ years of experience in the industry (compliance in Japan / Online retail broker)
• Deep understanding of Type 1 Financial Instruments Business and Commodity Derivative Business Operators
• Native in Japanese and fluent in English
• Compliance experience preferred but not essential
