Your new role
- Identify candidates for life insurance sales management positions from the recruitment market, conduct company and workplace briefings through informal interviews, and introduce the candidates to the branch offices.
- Research the recruitment market environment, develop new recruitment sources, source appropriate candidates from those sources, and supply them to the branch offices.
- Plan, organise, and measure the effectiveness of initial development training for FA managers on talent scouting skills.
- Provide guidance to sales support staff at branch offices on how to effectively send out scout emails, follow up after sending emails, etc., and follow up on their activities.
- Prepare and report on various reports.
