Your new role

As the Country Manager of the subsidiary is responsible for driving the overall success of the retail operations within the assigned country or region. The role oversees all aspects of consolidating the growth of the region, developing its turnover, staffing and managing the local team, support to commercially develop, and financial performance.

The primary goal will be to meet and exceed sales targets, comply with the expansion plans, build and engage a high-performance team and achieve/increase the profitability of the subsidiary. All this in collaboration with the rest of the company's management, ensuring that its subsidiary complies with the strategies set by each of them.

What you'll need to succeed
• Fluent English and Native Japanese.
• Commercial/marketing, retail operations and financial control knowledge
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute business plans.
• Knowledge of local market conditions and consumer preferences.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
