Your new role

• Hear customer requirements, define needs, and prepare tailored proposals.
• Conduct presentations, demonstrations, and Proof of Concepts (PoCs) based on customer processes.
• Perform various settings and verifications based on English documentation.
• Coordinate with developers, including those in the US, on new functions and international case studies.

What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: 5+ years in PDM or ERP implementation and start-up support.
• Skills: Ability to define requirements for PDM or ERP proposals, strong communication, and logical thinking.
• Attributes: Cooperative, active, and able to think logically.
• Language: JLPT N1 or above in Japanese.
