What you'll need to succeed

• Experience: 5+ years as a Workday Implementer and/or Design/Operational Leader in a multinational, publicly traded company.
• Skills: Strong organisational skills, high attention to detail, and the ability to deliver information quickly for data-driven recommendations.
• Attributes: Self-starter, collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
