What you'll need to succeed

- Experience in tax-related work at a tax accounting firm, or business company (3-5 years or more)
- Experience in consolidated taxation and tax effect accounting.
- Communication skill/proactive communication with stakeholders (Although there are times when you need to think things through during the planning stage, you need to be able to move around and talk to a lot of people, not just work at a desk.)
- Flexibility in fast-paced business development.
- Business level English and Japanese skills
