Leading IT Software company looking for a Legal Leader paying up to 7.5M!

Your new company

This multinational end-to-end commerce enablement company, providing next-generation digital services. Mission to removing borders between businesses and consumers, online and offline. To capitalise on the company’s continued success, they are looking for a legal leader in their team in Tokyo!

Your new role

You’ll effectively work closely with the Legal manager, support day-to-day legal counsel, contract management, lead the corporate legal function aligning with global and local regulations with multiple cross collaboration. Supporting new business and M&A integrations.

What you'll need to succeed

Previous experience in a similar role within legal will lead to your success, as well as:
  • 2+ year of Legal experience, IH or Law firm
  • Ideally, fluent in Japanese, English, Chinese, or Korean is a plus.
  • B2B, IT, Fintech industry experience preferred
  • Looking for someone with a proactive, hardworking, motivated attitude
