Your new role

You will be in charge of brand marketing strategies from designing touchpoints and customer journeys to planning and setting key metrics to meet the needs of our customers.

This includes

• Market research and issue analysis
• Design of communication strategies, customer journey design and KPI
• Analysing the effectiveness of measures and developing improvement plans

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of experience as a strategic planner or equivalent experience at an advertising agency or PR firm for branding purposes

• Experience in branding and marketing at a business company (regardless of product)

• Experience of developing corporate or product branding and brand guidelines
• Native Japanese with a high level of business English
