Your new role

As Deputy Facility and Project Manager, you will work as part of a team and be responsible for one of the company's key international clients. Day to day running and maintenance of the client's facilities in Tokyo and Osaka, which will include managing outsourced vendors as well as working closely with senior client personnel. Some security and health and safety responsibilities. The position reports directly to the head of department in Japan.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 3yrs relevant experience (FM and PM mainly), including in Japan and working for a global client. Fluency in both Japanese and in English. Good people skills and communication skills, as well as a flexible work attitude and high customer service mentality.
