Your new role

• Managing systems related to goals, evaluations, treatment, placement, and resignations.

• Employee support and workforce planning.

• Onboarding support for foreign employees includes reception, explaining translated regulations, and general support for those who cannot handle Japanese.

• Approaching company-wide issues involves planning and implementing company-wide systems, measures, and rules.

What you'll need to succeed

• At least 3 years of experience in HR or HRBP
• Business-level proficiency in Japanese and English
• HRBP Manager requires management experience
