Your new role
As an HR Administrator, you'll be responsible for:
Assist in store payroll preparation by providing relevant data, like absences and leaves
Prepare and support paperwork for HR events (e.g. Job Fair, Residential tax application, agreement under article 36, Health check, New hire, etc)
Update & maintain HRIS and create discount card for new hired employee and send them to appropriate stores
Support recruitment tasks accordingly
Other general office administration tasks are required
What you'll need to succeed
Team player, friendly
HR admin exp is more desirable
At least 1–2 years exp of admin
Well organize skill
Speedy, good communication skill
