Your new role

  • Provide administrative support, including calendar, travel arrangements, and expenses.

  • Managing logistics for meetings including organising agendas, booking meetings, calendar invites, preparing materials, supporting PowerPoint creation, managing catering, room setup, etc.

  • Prepare Travel & Expense reports, reconcile corporate card expenses and uphold company T&E policies.

  • Assist the department events i.e. offsite, teambuilding, lunches, etc.

  • Provide support when local/international visitors and guests come. Fulfil other tasks assigned by the leaders according to business needs.

  • Occasionally, support leaders with PO handling.

  • Opportunity to be involved in special projects such as Wellbeing, Equity, Inclusion and Diversity initiatives, Volunteering, etc.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Min 5 years of Administrative & Executive Assistant experience

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Strong organizational and time management skills
