Your new role

• End-to-end financial management of various departments. Including budget planning, rolling forecasts, business analysis, and risk management.
• Participate in monetary management of pre-sales, sales teams using tools such as financial analysis, identify financial risks, and support the achievement of business goals.
• Analyse customer financial reports to support the acquisition of high-quality contracts. Also, responsible for designing comprehensive financial solutions. Assist in building customer relationships from a financial perspective.
• Supervisory responsibility for business unit risks, control management risks, and ensuring the reliability of financial reporting data.

What you'll need to succeed

• University major in a finance-related field
• Japanese (business level or above)
• At least 5+ years of knowledge and work experience in accounting and financial management
• Business understanding, ability to coordinate, collaborate, communicate, and gain insight into the team and surroundings.
• Experience in budget forecasting, accounting, reporting, and other related work
