Manage and review loan documentation, supporting various tasks related to the loan process.

What you'll need to succeed

• 2–3 years of experience in the financial industry
• Basic accounting knowledge (debits, credits) and experience communicating with corporate clients
• Financial industry experience with strong communication skills and a team player attitude
• Knowledge of business processes, systems, and tools used in the loan process
• Ability to manage, prepare, and review loan documentation
• Skills in identifying, mitigating, managing, resolving, and escalating risks and issues
• Compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Native-level Japanese (speaking, writing, reading)
