Working hours:
- 9:00 - 18:00 (break time 12:00 - 13:00)
- 週5日勤務
Business content:
- Support for printing-related tasks and tablet app tasks
- Downloading print data requested by clients and verifying data
- Submit data to a printing company
- Coordination with the Indian team and internal and external stakeholders regarding tablet app issues
- Tablet app defect list management and defect resolution status confirmation
- Manual update of tablet app
- Schedule management support
- Creating materials as needed
- Update and confirm the common issue management table with clients, and notify when there is an update
- Meeting minutes and action item management support
Eligibility requirements:
- Experience working as an assistant (schedule management, coordination with other companies, etc.)
- TOEIC score of 800 or above
- Intermediate to advanced Excel skills

- People who are comfortable with business trips (as there are day trips to warehouses in Chiba, Ibaraki, and Tokyo)
