Your new role

You will expect to provide strategic legal support and advice on high-profile investment banking transactions. You will draft, review, and negotiate complex legal documents, ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations, and collaborate with cross-functional internal teams and top-tier external counsel. Additionally, you will lead and mentor junior legal staff.

What you'll need to succeed

• Licenced attorney in Japan
• Native Japanese speaker with fluent English skills
• 4+ years experience at a competitive law firm or organisation
• Knowledge of Capital Markets and Mergers & Acquisitions is a plus.
