Your new role

As Real Estate Manager, you will be responsible for managing the company's properties throughout Japan. These consist of offices and sales sites throughout the country. You will help manage lease negotiations on current locations, as well as explore opportunities for relocations. You will also support reform projects. This is currently a non-people manager role, reporting to the local head of the department. You will work closely with regional and global counterparts, so English communication skills are necessary.

What you'll need to succeed

A strong background in real estate management, ideally with a large, international company in Japan. Experience working in the insurance sector is preferred, or a related profession, such as banking. Native level Japanese and minimum business level English.
