Your new role

As a PR Specialist, you will support the PR Assistant Manager in developing, implementing, tracking, and optimizing print and digital PR activities across all channels. You will work closely with the PR Manager, Marketing Manager, Japan teams, and vendors to enhance brand awareness and ensure campaigns are launched on time and within budget. Your role will involve maintaining media presence, managing sample availabilities, supporting press events, and developing relationships with key media contacts.

What you'll need to succeed

• 3+ years of experience in a communication team, preferably within a premium brand or equivalent organization.
• In-depth knowledge of the fashion industry and market trends.
• Strong team player with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools, with familiarity in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Native Japanese language skills (excluding those from abroad with N1 Japanese) and medium-level English proficiency.
• Ability to independently manage and prioritize a broad workload to meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel within Japan if required.
