Your new role

In this position, you will collaborate closely with the IMC Manager and Scotch Brand teams to create and implement integrated marketing communications strategies for each brand. You will work with internal teams and external agencies to ensure the effective execution of these strategies, focusing on optimising content across various media channels and using data-driven insights to improve performance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Over 3 years of experience in marketing communications.
• Background in PR and digital marketing, either from a client or agency perspective.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel.
• Strong command of both English and Japanese.
• Excellent communication skills, capable of engaging with all levels of management.
• The ability to influence colleagues without direct authority and collaborate with diverse teams.
• Quick to adapt and optimize campaign performance based on real-time data.
• Strong analytical skills and familiarity with data and analytics tools.
• Creative and resourceful, with a knack for digital solutions.
