Supervise and provide guidance to a team of more than 10 Executive Assistants, ensuring high performance and professional development.
Oversee daily office operations, including facilities management, office supplies, and equipment maintenance.
Coordinate and streamline administrative processes to enhance efficiency and productivity.
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication.
Lead and manage office-related projects, ensuring timely completion and alignment with organizational goals.
Develop and manage the office budget, including expense tracking and financial reporting.
Implement and enforce office policies and procedures to maintain a well-organized and compliant workplace.
Plan and execute office events, meetings, and conferences.
Address and resolve any issues or challenges that arise within the office environment.
What you'll need to succeed
Minimum of 5-7 years of experience in office management or a similar role, with at least 3 years in a supervisory position.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field preferred.
