Your new role

• Determine insurance coverage and claim validity, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Make insurance coverage decisions based on investigation and evaluation, and communicate claim status.
• Collaborate directly with underwriters and clients on high-value and complex cases.
• Properly document claim files and achieve quality and production goals.
• Review insurance policies and reports determining coverage.
• Refer to police and hospital records, inspect damages, and determine the company's liability.
• Handle salvage and subrogation claims as per client requests.
• Prepare investigation reports and negotiate settlements with clients.
• Adjust case reserves in claim files to cover anticipated costs.
• Assist in preparing loss experience reports determine profitability.
