As the Head of APAC HR, your responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing HR policies for the APAC region- Designing and executing the HR Operation Model
- Providing consultation to stakeholders as a leadership team member
- Driving employee engagement initiatives
- Fostering a "People First" culture
- Managing a team
What you'll need to succeed
- At least 10 years of HR experience- Has global HR experience (in HQ or regional HQ)
- High-business ~ Fluent level of English, Business level of Japanese
