Germany-based manufacturer of industrial automation, interconnection, and interfaces

Your new role

・Handling calls and visitors to superiors, arranging appointments, schedule management, travel, accommodation, and dining venue arrangements, settlement processing

・Preparing and creating internal and external meetings and meeting materials for superiors, creating minutes while present at meetings, and supporting task management (Japanese and English)

・Creating reports and other materials as instructed by superiors, filing, data research, editing, creating, collecting, submitting, etc. (Japanese and English)

・Schedule management when superiors come to Japan from home and abroad, coordinating with the other party and their secretary, attendance support, and interpretation support

・Support for internal and external events (Japanese and English)

・Arranging thank-you letters and telegrams, handling celebrations and condolences

・Other personal assistant duties for superiors (general affairs)


What you'll need to succeed

・5+ years of experience as an assistant, secretary, or in clerical work at a foreign company

・Great communication skills: Japanese Native, English Business-level

・PC Skills: Microsoft Office Word, Excel, PPT
