Your new role

  • Consolidation and analysis of store sales result.

  • Data processing of returned and defective products from stores, and communication with relevant department.

  • Propose and implement improvements to store operations efficiency.

  • Plan and implement store staff incentive plans.

  • Billing (data input into the company's accounting system and preparation of payment applications).

  • Other store staff support duties (communication and operational support).

  • Liaise and coordinate with HQ on operations.


What you'll need to succeed

  • Fluency in Japanese and business level English

  • Strong Excel and Power Point skills, as well as basic PC skills

  • Excellent Communication and interpersonal skills

  • Strong planning, organization, analytical and time-management skills
