Your new role

What you'll need to succeed
- 10+ years in application development, or infrastructure, with 3+ years in leadership.
- Experience with Workday or similar platforms, and strong understanding of HR data security.
- Excellent communication skills in Japanese and English, and ability to explain technology clearly.
