Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Manager to join our team in Tokyo, Japan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and nurturing relationships with our key clients, ensuring their satisfaction, and driving business growth. This role requires a deep understanding of IT solutions and the ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with clients and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as their primary point of contact. Understand clients' business needs and objectives, and provide tailored IT solutions to meet those needs. Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing, including preparing proposals and negotiating contracts. Collaborate with internal teams, including technical support and product development, to ensure client satisfaction. Monitor and analyze client performance metrics, providing regular reports and insights to clients and management. Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products and services. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant insights and recommendations. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of products and services to clients. Handle client issues and complaints promptly and effectively, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction. Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or a related field. Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar role within the IT industry. Strong understanding of IT solutions and services. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in Japanese and English, both written and spoken. Familiarity with CRM software and MS Office Suite. Salary:
