Job Description & Skill Requirement:

1. Checking design change data and drawings and providing feedback to the design
2. Consider and prepare of equipment and tools / Fixtures
3. Preparate documentation and inform to production
4. Equipment installation, prototype build support, and production attendance
5. To report line manager and project manager

Knowledge/skill requirements
1. Manufacturing engineering Development experience 2. Good communication for both English & Japanese (N3 level) 3. Capability to support efficiently a project team to meet project objectives 4. Knowledge/experience with Stamping process 5. Knowledge/experience with Welding process 6. Analyzing the existing operations and initiating process improvements using time studies, line balancing, and other tools 7. Planning for assembly equipment, Fixtures and production cells including process maps,
and work instruction development 8. Participating in New Product Development process to ensure that product designs incorporate Design for Manufacturing principles 9. Create new/ update existing manufacturing process documentation, e.g., tooling lists, setup requirements and standard work instructions
10. Prepare project status reports by collecting, analysing, and summarizing information and trends, recommending actions. 11. Experience with Creo software
