Your new role

As Interior Design Specialist, you will work closely with (and report to) the Japan Interior Design Manager. Your responsibilities will be to help manage interior design projects for the company's approximately 45 stores throughout Japan. These projects will include: new stores, store relocation and refurbishment of existing stores (shop in shop, flagship, and pop-up). You will also be working closely with the company's European HQ, as well as local construction and design contractors.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum of 5yrs experience in a similar position in the retail clothing sector, ideally in Japan. Fluent Japanese and a minimum of business-level English. A qualification in a related subject, such as design (or similar), preferred. Project Management experience a plus. You will be joining a small team, so hands-on experience and the ability to work independently are important attributes.
