Your new role

• Oversees the recruitment process, ensuring the company attracts and hires the best talent.
• Manage employee relations, addressing any issues or conflicts that arise within the workplace.
• Responsible for developing and implementing HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with labor laws.
• Handle general administrative tasks, such as office management and coordination of company events.
• Employee development, organizing training programs and performance evaluations.

What you'll need to succeed

• Solid experience in HR and GA.

• Management experience is a plus

• Native-level Japanese, conversational-level English
