They are looking for Senior HRBP to join their team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy and contribute to the achievement of the organization's goals.

• Partner with business leaders to develop and implement HR strategies that support business goals.
• Provide guidance and support on HR policies, procedures, and practices.
• Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution and performance management.
• Collaborate with other HR teams to ensure consistency and alignment with company-wide initiatives.

What you'll need to succeed

- 3 years + of HRBP experience

- Global organisation experience
- Business level English
