Your new role

- Ensure business objects are being met and evaluate long term business strategy
- Prepare and conduct financial review meetings with the Managing Director and Department Heads to identify risks and opportunities
- Manage compliance and handle internal/external audits

What you'll need to succeed

- 10 years of experience in Finance/Controlling
- Strong people management (3+ years) and communication skills
- Fluent Japanese and English required
