Your new role

Based in the Philippines, you will:

• Manage and supervise local employees.

• Build and maintain relationships with Diplomatic Officials, including the Japanese embassy.

• Manage all day-to-day activities at the Visa Application Center, including document verification, data management, and passport delivery logistics.

• Ensure accuracy of visa applications through regular quality checks.
  
  

What you'll need to succeed

• Japanese nationals (Must) with the ability to relocate to the Philippines.

• Preferably coming from a Tourism, Hospitality Management, or Customer Service Management background.

• Experience in people management is a plus.

• Fluency in Japanese and business-level English.

• Proficiency in MS Office and a knack for handling customer queries with ease.
