Oversee the executive’s schedule, arrange business travel, and handle expense claims.
Set up internal and external meetings, prepare agendas, distribute summaries, and track action items.
Assist the department events i.e. offsite, teambuilding, lunches, etc.Provide
support when local/international visitors and guests come. Fulfill other tasks assigned by the leaders according to business needs.
10 years of experience as Executive Assistant in Large-scale firms from any industry.
Able to work in a fast-paced environment
A team player with strong collaboration skills
Personality:
High awareness of compliance with laws and regulations, and work with sincerity and diligence
Ability to think logically, analyze and explain things
