Your new role

• Provide accurate and timely HR services, including talent status changes, announcements, and contracting.
• Act as the HR contact for payroll, social insurances, benefits, medical checks, and personnel issues.
• Maintain accurate HR data and provide regular HR reports, KPI tracking, and forecasts.
• Propose and implement HR process improvements for efficiency and effectiveness.
• Research and apply information for HR planning, execution, and communication, and cooperate with audits to ensure compliance.

What you'll need to succeed

• Basic knowledge in HR and labor law, and ability to use them for problem solving

• Experiences in data management, analysis and reporting. Experiences in C&B, payroll or HR Service

• Native-level Japanese (English proficiency is a plus)
