Your new role
- Schedule/reschedule meetings and book meeting rooms and arrange guest registrations
- Handle general BU administration duties including maintaining office equipment, processing bills and invoices, travel arrangements etc.
- Take first call from the media reporters and inquirers and handle as guided by Corp Comm professionals.
- Take note of media requests and coordinate with Corp Comm professionals to help accommodate the requests
- Work on daily media monitoring and create a press clip
- Search and retrieve media articles via news engines
- Search and retrieve research reports via the Firm’s research portal to provide the media reporters at request
What you'll need to succeed
Effective communication skills in Japanese and English (Business level)
