The Facilities Admin Specialist will be part of a small team, responsible for building and maintenance support of offices in Tokyo and Osaka. The focus is mainly on soft services, with no hard service, or engineering work. You will work with external vendors on such tasks. Non-people manager role. Reports locally to (Japanese) Senior Facility Manager/Head of FM Japan.

What you'll need to succeed

Minimum 2-3 experience in Facilities positions, or similar. For example, General Affairs. or office support. University degree. Fluent Japanese and conversational English. This is a hands-on role, not one in which tasks are delegated to others. The successful candidate will also need to have good organisational skills, diligence and the ability to work to deadlines and within budget. Japan-based candidates only,
