Your new role
As the first HR Manager, you will create everything from scratch.
Recruiting
- Mid-Career and New Grad Hiring
- Deal with agencies, set up interviews, prepare offer letters
- On and off-boarding
- Communicate with internal business leaders to develop hiring strategies
Learning & Development
- Onboarding training
- Talent Development & Succession Planning
- Employee Engagement
- Global Training Projects
Labour Relations
- Be the main contact person for HR related enquiries
- Communicate with labour union
- Other HR Related Tasks
Payroll & Social Insurance
- Manage the Payroll and Social Insurance Vendor
- HR Data Management
What you'll need to succeed
- 7+ years of broad HR experience
- Capable of working as a playing manager
- Logical & clear communication style, friendly personality & engaging
- Japanese (Fluent/Native) & business English
What you'll get in return
The annual salary ranges from 8M – 12M JPY.
Position Information
Working Hours: 09:00-17:30 (Lunch break 12:00-13:00)
Flexible Working Hours (No core hours)
Probation Period: 3 months
Holiday: Weekends + Public Holidays
Overtime: Yes (Average 20 hours/month)
