• Payroll Vendor Management
• Social Insurance Vendor Management
• Upgrade/Evaluate Payroll Processes

• Calculate and manage DB/DC
• Manage HRIS (attendance and other related data)
• Update and revise HR policies
• Other related HR tasks

What you'll need to succeed

• Mature HR Experience (7 years+) with hands-on experience in payroll and social insurance, either in-house or at a payroll vendor.
• Excellent communication style and proactive type of personality
• Good knowledge of Japanese labour laws and HR policies
• MS Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent Japanese & High Business English with good business acumen

What you'll get in return

Annual Salary Ranges from 6M – 8M JPY. (Base Salary + Fixed Bonus)
The company has flex hours (no core hours) and a work from home system.

Position Information
Working Hours: 09:00-18:00 (Lunch break 12:00-13:00)
Probation Period: 3 months
Holiday: Weekends + Public Holidays, Summer & Winter Holidays
Overtime: Yes (Average 10-20 hours/month)
Benefits: All standard insurance
