The SOX Audit Senior Manager at AIG will manage SOX testing requirements, ensuring high-quality and value-added results. This role involves resource management and coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

What you'll need to succeed

• 8+ years in internal audit within the financial or insurance industry
• 3+ years in SOX audit and procedures
• Knowledge of Consumer and Commercial Insurance products and risks
• Experience with risk-based audits, control frameworks (COBIT, NIST, ITIL), and SOX programs
• Implementation of internal control processes
• Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and in teams
• Leadership skills to manage and develop audit teams
