Your new role

You will join the Global Contracts Team to provide legal support for commercial transactions, including contract creation, negotiation, and review, while collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive risk mitigation and efficiency through project management, process innovation, and technology.

What you'll need to succeed

• Bilingual in Japanese and English
• Over 5 years of contract management experience
• LLB, JD, or equivalent law degree
• Background in technology transactions is a plus
