FP&A Analyst

A real estate services company is in search of a Financial Analyst to join their Tokyo Team.

Your new company

A medium-sized Japanese Real Estate services company with excellent YoY growth and many local expansions

Your new role

You will be responsible for overall FP&A operations, such as formulating business plans, planning and promoting efficiency cycles to achieve profit targets, and preparing documents for internal and external stakeholders, while sharing the responsibility with team members.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Ability to create PPT materials, Excel work, etc.
  • Must be motivated and have a high level of ambition to improve on the above work.
  • Business level Japanese and English is a plus.
  • Must live in Japan and have a valid way to work in Japan
