Your new role

  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial closing activities.
  • Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger functions.
  • Conduct both external and internal financial audits.
  • Drive process improvements, ranging from minor local enhancements to potential ERP system replacements.

What you'll need to succeed

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Accounting Management.
  • Proven track record of managing team members.
  • Hands-on experience with internal and external audits.
  • Fluency in Japanese and business-level English proficiency.
